Everyone from start to finish was very professional. As well, my car went into the repair shop filthy and they cleaned it which is such a great bonus. Thank you for the white glove treatment of my little diva car. I wish we could figure out a way to fix your star rating on Google so that the old "one stars" for the old company go away, and you all get the new 5 star ratings that Gerber earned. I think the negative star ratings for the other company attached to Gerber's name is hurtful for Gerber's image. I always read reviews of companies before I make a selection and at a glance, I would not have picked Gerber based on the poor star rating. If Gerber had not been suggested by my insurance company, i would never have known that the company changed hands.
