We were told that the front seat would be removed in order to clean all the glass out from underneath since this was a brand new vehicle. However, the seat was not removed and there was still glass under there and my husband had to go to the car wash and try to get the rest of the glass out. Our original estimate had allotted for extra time for removal of the seat. Considering that they had estimated a couple days to get the job done based on the original estimate, it was ready in about half a day. That being said, they did less work and the final amount was more expensive and there is still glass under the seat.
