Staff at the Prattville Location is TOP NOTCH ! not only did I get text about the status of my repair (which I assume is computer generated) but additionally staff members reached out to me to ensure I received the update status and inquiring if I have any questions or concerns along the way!! This was throughout the entire process!!!!

Josh made the whole process all the from getting my estimates, to updates on my vehicle, to getting my vehicle worked on and completed very easy on my end, and the truck looks brand new with the work that was done to the truck. They did an amazing job from start to finsh with everything at Gerber Collision in Prattville!

They didn’t even install the same color bumper as the car. Bumper looks great, would look better if it MATCHED THE CAR LOL

They called to confirm my drop off 3 different times and had me down for the wrong day somehow after 3 confirmed calls. I had to reschedule my rental twice. Also had to reschedule care for my child because of their mistakes.

The repairs and paint were immaculate. To my surprise, they even replaced the tint in the window of the door that was repaired and vacuumed the interior! Everything was completed in a timely manner ahead of schedule. The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. I will definitely recommend and utilize Gerber Collision and Glass for all my auto repair needs!
