I was extremely satisfied with the communication. I like knowing the different stages that were that my vehicle was. I didn’t have to guess or wonder how long. I like the text messaging option for a professional like me who is tied up this was the best and most efficient way to communicate with me. It definitely was an excellent experience and I would use Gerber in the future for any other repairs.
