I had minor damage($4k) to my car due to rear end collision. It took almost a month before I got my car back. When I asked at the desk why it took so long they didn't know and said I needed to talk to the estimator which of course wasn't a realistic option. They kept sending updates up until 4th of July when they mostly stopped and I had a feeling something had changed and my car was likely put on back burner. I used to like South Hill Collision but not so sure now under new ownership.

The front desk guy I can’t remember his name he was super helpful. Went over the information with me and then was also patient with me. I had my toddler with me and he was acting wild. The staff were amazing and took care of my car well .

Considering the amount of work they had before I got to them, I knew that it was going to take time. We did have issues on the completion date so there were set backs. The communication was great! Everytime I called I never had any issues. The body work was great. A little bit of a mess was left in my truck bed though. Overall still a good service.
