Customer service was awesome! But the actual work terrible! They work on my truck and left the entire inside destroyed! Dirty like they didn’t close the windows or doors and paint stains in the truck! Will never return for services here!

Veronica and Roman are excellent. Originally, I contacted the Woodinville store and spoke with Theresa. She had me mixed up with another person and said they could not do my repair. I let her know that they had not looked at my car damage. Then she sent me someone else's car pictures mistakenly. I had not taken my car there. The Redmond team is very professional. After the multiple mix up with Woodinville I did not want my car repaired there.
