They replaced the rear hatch on my 2018 Honda CRV, the one they replaced it with was filthy. You would think they would clean the part before it was installed.

They had great service and the repair was good. The back hatch on my CRV had to be replaced and the one that they put on wasn't clean during installation. I returned the next day and had them to clean the interior of the hatch. They did apologize for their oversight of the thick layer of dust covering the hatch.

Hi, this was actually David's wife, Jennifer Lee Stacy, who they serviced for the Kia, I was completely satisfied. The receptionist, Miss Crystal was exceptionally nice and walked me through all of the procedure so that I didn't have to rely on my husband or I did not feel like I was just a fish out of water Josh, The mechanic that I dealt with was very accommodating. Kept me updated and very respectful and kind to me when I went in and had the appraisal of the work that needed to be done. Once picking up the car, the gentleman I did not get his name, that was at the front was also very pleasing and inviting to me. My car was done well. You couldn't even tell that it had damage in the area that I had it serviced for overall. I think the service was great. Customer care was great. And It did not take a extremely long time to be completed.
