My initial customer service was beyond dissatisfying, rude and unacceptable. However, the follow up from the supervisor Chris and Mary made up for my initial feeling that I wanted to take my car and never come back. So the first half of my experience would be rated zero but the second half of my experience would be rated at 10.

Everyone at Gerber was wonderful to work with! Colleen was wonderful at the front desk and went out of her way to chat with my kids while I was picking up my car. Pat was my estimator and was also great to work with. He explained everything, stayed in communication throughout the repairs and made sure everything was handled through insurance. I’d recommend Gerber to anyone who needs collision repairs on their car!

Great customer service! Shout out to Mary, the estimator. She was very kind, caring and knowledgeable in what was needed. I was also kept informed of the progress of my car. Final day of pickup, the inside of my car was cleaned and spotless! Everything was well coordinated with Enterprise and my insurance company. Well done and I would highly recommend Elmgrove Park in Gates!
