The team that took care of my 2019 dodge did a spectacular job. I dealt with Jacob Burris and not only did I feel comfortable with my truck with his team he assured me that he put his best guy on repairing the damage. I will come back and definitely recommend my friends and family to gerber. I was kept up to speed step by step on my repairs and my truck was finished faster than I expected. Matt was friendly and very knowledgeable about the repair and explained all factors he would be including in the quote. I received phone calls and emails to keep me updated though the process. Jackie was very timely and thorough with the paperwork and insurance billing. Usually billing is the least favorable in collision repairs, but not this time - THANKS! Sorry I can't recall the manager's name - but when I picked up my car he was very proud of the work done and made sure I was happy with the finished repair. I was pleasantly surprised that the estimated timeline to repair was worst case scenario; I had my car back sooner that expected. AND as a surprise bonus the interior was cleaned, vacuumed and windows washed! WOW I did not expect that!
