I really thought Matt was had amazing costumer service. But when I had to come back with my car Matt had transferred to a new store and delt with someone else. I told my car was pulling to right side steering wheel is slight to one side and the steering wheel has a vibration. Which it is still doing. The gentleman said he looked at alignment report from repair it looks good. The body shop looked at not mechanic. I am so frustrated

The repair work done was excellent, although it took a bit longer than predicted but was well communicated. HOWEVER, a part of the car was missing after the repair and this has not been resolved in the last two weeks. I have not gotten even a return phone call after picking up the car.
