The gentleman that brought me to my repaired CX-5 was very kind and professional. I'm glad to have my vehicle back. The rental was not comfortable (too low to the ground ), but I'm thankful I had a way to get around while my car was being serviced. Please tell your team I said thank you. The fix for our Subaru was surprisingly fast and easy! I dropped the car off at 3:30 on a Wednesday and picked it up at 4:30 on the Friday of that same week. The team was fast, kind, and kept us updated every step of the way.

The actual collision work was excellent. We are extremely happy with the quality of the work that was done on our car.However, the amount of time it took from dropping the car off until picking it up was excessive. An appointment was made for Tuesday morning drop off early and the car was never looked at until Thursday. That caused me to utilize a rental car service for at least two days more than necessary. When an appointment is made/scheduled you would think that the car would be scheduled to be worked on at that time. Parts would be ordered and the necessary actions would be put in place to fix the car. Between waiting for parts and the delay starting the work on the scheduled drop off date days were unnecessarily added to complete the work.
