we have the best customer experience ever here at Gerber. I have zero issues. In fact, we enjoyed bringing our car in for repair. I highly recommend Gerber! Our service associate Kate was THE BEST!!! Kate was extremely helpful and went above and beyond in getting the parts and my car fixed in an adequate amount of time. She was able to find issues and repairs needed that the insurance company was not able to notice. Will be bringing future car repairs here in the future.

From start to finish, my entire experience was excellent! The receptionist was a sweetheart and Kate was knowledgeable, super kind and so professional! The best part was that she was able to get my vehicle back to me sooner than expected as I was leaving town for work. I couldn’t thank and appreciate her and the rest of the staff enough! Kate was awesome! She was so understanding and answered all of my questions patiently without judgement. On top of her customer service, she got my car in and out so quickly! She knew I didn’t have a rental and made sure I could get back on the road. Thank you to Kate for a job well done and going the extra mile. Even though I didn’t work directly with the repair team, I can tell they hold themselves to the same level of excellence. When I picked my car up it was shining top to bottom, inside and out. Not knowing that they would clean the inside of my car, it definitely had some extra stuff in there. They handled everything with care and even put my stuff into a box! I have 3 dogs and do not get the inside cleaned often. They still made sure I picked it up looking great.

Kate who I had first contact with, did my pre-estimate was courteous in explaining the photos she did of damage and approximate time to do repairs.
