I was initially told my vehicle would be ready on November 10th and here it is the 18th and I still do not have my vehicle back, and this is after I had been told I would have it back the following day twice. There was no communication with Gerber regarding the status of my vehicle if I had not initiated it. There was no sense of urgency in trying to complete my repairs. The only positive in the entire process has been Gerber's taking responsibility for the cost of extending the rental car. I doubt I would use this company again or recommend them to others for use.
