I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience with Gerber after my accident. I was extremely stressed trying to figure out how to handle repairs while the other party’s insurance wasn’t responding or communicating with me. The entire situation felt overwhelming — but this team stepped in and completely took care of me. Vanessa was incredibly communicative and proactive. She even took the initiative to call both my insurance and the other party’s insurance to help move things forward and get the information needed to start repairs. That meant so much to me. Luis was amazing from beginning to end. He gave me a clear and accurate timeframe for my car, and when I was struggling to figure out the rental situation, he stepped in and handled it. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. And Anh — wow. He helped me with previous damage to my vehicle and remembered me instantly. He made me feel valued and genuinely cared for, keeping me updated every step of the way. Not only did they complete my car in a timely manner, but the quality of work and level of service I received was absolutely worth it. The transparency, professionalism, and hands-on support provided real value for the cost of repairs. I truly felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I was honestly emotional because of how supportive and compassionate this team was. I highly — and beyond highly — recommend Gerber.
