Fantastic customer service from everyone I spoke to. This business was amazing to work with. They told me everything they were doing, updated me via phone call, and walked me through the process with them AND getting to the rental place AND how the insurance claim process usually works because I had never had to do this before. I am very happy with my recent experience with Gerber Collision. Every employee that I encountered was very polite and professional, and my estimator who actually walked my car with me was amazing. He made sure my car was completely back to normal and did a great job of explaining what my car needed to get back running. By the time I got my car back it looked as great as ever. Although I hope I never have to come back, if I do, I will definitely return.
