We were very pleased with our body repair experience. Our car was battered by the recent hail storm, but Gerber made it look better than brand new! The quality of the job was wonderful and only outdone by the amazing customer service by the front desk and staff. Within hours of filing our claim, someone had contacted us to book an appointment and from drop off to pick up, we were communicated with and taken care of in the most timely manner, which was amazing because so many people in our area were affected. Thank you!!!!

There was never any communication on the status of repairs on my vehicle even though I advised that we were paying for a rental car out of pocket. Also we were told that our truck would be washed and it wasn't. Honestly I will probably never use Gerber for any further issues with my vehicles.
