First off, Melva’s calm and steady voice helped ease my nerves the moment I picked up the phone to deal with the repairs. She explained everything thoroughly and was not impatient when I asked questions. Meeting her in person, she’s consistent in her character and I value her integrity. She conducted herself professionally and was very hospitable towards me and my five year old son. David, the estimator/inspector, was also very professional and kind. He inspected my car with efficiency while not neglecting the rest of my car. The inspection was quick and easy, and respectful of my time. He gave me timely updates as he stated, on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I was blessed enough to hear from him on the other days as well if there was an update he needed to inform me of. Lastly, the team at Joe Hudson Collision did an exceptional job at repairing the damages on my car and I wish I could thank them individually. You can tell they take pride in their work. They also provided an unexpected (to me) detail and outside washing of my car which was the icing on the cake. I can’t believe how well they took care of me and my car.
