He was very helpful and resourceful in clarifying the document processes and far more diligent in progression updates with phone calls made by himself everyday. Jerry upheld his professionalism and customer service standard, which convinced us of his customary exemplary work ethic, as we were picking up our vehicle as well; everyone, me included, felt very lucky and grateful for having the opportunity to work with Jerry on our repairs.
