I also asked for a quote for another repair and didn’t receive it until after the repair was completed. I would have preferred to get that done during the week it was in repair

For some reason my tire pressure sensors are not reading properly When I picked up my vehicle I felt rushed and asked for the reason why the psi warning started all of a sudden Also there was a miscommunication from two staff members as to when the vehicle would be ready which was an inconvenience

When we picked up our car, we had to drive it to find out that there was a problem with the window seal, so now we will have to bring the car in again for another stay. The techs also like to touch headliners with dirty hands.

Paint is AWFUL! Blotchy and a large run down the fender. Already reached out to manager once and made appointment to meet with her but she had to leave early that day. Waited 4 business days for her to call me before I had to call her!
