Customer service at the Sanford shop was exemplary. Customer service at the Fayetteville shop was not, in particular the manager. He convinced me to let the take the vehicle to Sanford who had an opening. Then he let the vehicle sit for 2 days before transferring it. This added to the length of time for the repairs. I should not have agreed to his request!

The staff was great. My car was completed before the due date which was amazing. Although the car looks great I noticed that my hood is not properly aligned and my car alarm keeps going off for no reason. I have googled and that seems to be why. So I will be contacting you guys next week because it is the weekend.

Gerber in Sanford was awesome and it had an earlier availability than the one I was closer to in Souther Pines area. I will make the drive in the future if I need to, just a great experience.
