I only had personal contact with two people and they were great. Your receptionist is very helpful, plesant and I formative. She answered all our questions and made us feel very comfortable through our experience with your company. The other person was a young man that did the walk around before the repairs. He was very pleasant, friendly and informative. I'm sorry I don't remember their names but I will remember their kindness.
