My driver door panel has a few issues from where it was taken off & not put back correctly. I had to push panel down myself that controls windows. It had a gap & was loose and also the arm rest underneath it the leather wasn't put back on correctly and it sticks out like a sore thumb! As far as body work & paint I'm totally satisfied but that door isn't sitting well with me.

Tom was great and kept in touch with me throughout the repair of my car. He called and gave me and my wife an update every day. I was very pleased and impressed. My wife was sick and he even got me and my car back home. Customer service was beyond what I expected.

Supplements were not submitted to the insurance company in a timely manner and delivery of vehicle back to me was going to be delayed 2 days after the repair which is unacceptable . I had to get my insurance agent to ask of an expedited review of the claim to get the vehicle back when needed. I have several vehicles repaired by Overtons in the past with no issues. Something has changed since Gerber bought Overtons.
