They were very professional efficient and kept great communication, throughout the entire process, the final product was amazing, they had to do paint on only one side of the vehicle, and they completely replaced the entire pinstriping, so everything would match exactly, we couldn’t have been happier with every part of the team

Major internal communication issues, not to mention no one goes the extra mile to ensure their receiving the correct parts in order to not delay getting vehicle back to customer. When parts distributor states they are not sure about sending a part and whether or not it will work someone should be requesting that they contact the manufacturer to verify its correct, I was told that is not the way it works, huh? Also, the automated responses and emails did not match up with what I was being told, which was a different response depending on who I spoke to. I was also told someone would call with cost of damage, but no one ever did. Anyway everyone was very nice, however that does not get the job done.
