The job was well done. Looks good and completed in reasonable amount of time. Way too much confusion with proper claim number for insurance. Even when car was completed, and after several conversations, you still hadn''t corrected the claim number and still had it under our policy instead of the person who hit me and whose claim number it was supposed to be under. I didn't realize this until I submitted your bill to insurance company and you had a different claim number than the rental company which caused major unnecessary confusion.

Lied First my keys were stolen next day my vehicle was stolen Luckily the police recovered it They did wave deductible but refused to take any sort of responsibility for the theft and damage that happened When I received my vehicle less than an hour later my brakes failed and I hit a tree I called them and let them know I had reached out to my insurance company first and that when I brought my vehicle in the brakes were good and it was less than 6 months since I got from JC Lewis Now Gerber will never work on my vehicle again no matter who is paying for it
