Didn't pay attention to details when replacing the windshield when replacing it, my I-PAS was taken down and wasn't replaced just left in the car on the front seat, totally unprofessional, secondly the sticker for my car wash was not taken off the old windshield and replaced on the new windshield so when I went to get a car wash without which I'm on a monthly basis with I had no stickers so therefore I had to pay for a wash, which was very inconvenience to me cuz now I have to call the office I have to have a sticker replaced so that's very inconvenience for me!! thirdly I had new hubcaps and Jeep the wheel replaced the centerpiece of the wheel replaced while driving on the expressway I picked up the car Monday while driving on the expressway Thursday coming from work, the whole hubcap fell off I looked in a rear view mirror I heard a boom I looked in a rear view mirror and I saw something sitting in the street sitting there like you know skidding on the expressway! I called about it they told me I must have hit a pothole I hit something I'm driving on the expressway I had nothing if I hit anything it was the hubcap that came off the wheel don't want to replace it just got the car it wasn't on properly and they are giving me problems with replacing it totally dissatisfied won't be using their service again!! So please when using them the Gerber on in Schererville Indiana pay attention to your car take pictures because I was very unsatisfied it was very unprofessional and I'm not satisfied at all!!

And my situation the manager was very unprofessional he tried to say I hit something when I never hit nothing I was driving on the expressway clean shot clear shot no potholes don't make sense

I'm so happy! The rear end of my car was damaged enough that I couldn't use the trunk and the muffler was barely hanging on. The rear end looks brand new now! Like nothing ever happened at all!
