I was completely happy with the repair, and the person at the front desk was so helpful and had excellent customer service skills however the other lady in the office was very rude. She should not be dealing with the public. When I dropped off my car I had an appointment for 1pm. I arrived on time and the woman at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. She said the other woman would take the keys and go over the car with me. The other woman made me sit and wait on her for over 15 minutes. I could understand if she had been on a phone call, but no she was just working at her desk making me wait until she decided to help me. Then when we went out to my car she started marking up my car and telling me you would not be fixing all these scratches on my car. It was the attitude she had like I was an annoyance she wished she didn't have to deal with. When I came to pick up my car she had the same bad attitude. Otherwise my experience would have been excellent. Everyone else was very helpful and courteous. The work was excellent and I can't say enough good things about the girl who did the scheduling she was a pleasure to work with.
