I appreciated the weekly update texts so I knew what was happening with my vehicle. I mostly dealt with Chris and Dwayne and they both were honest, helpful and kind. When I got my vehicle back it was clean inside and out.

When I brought my truck home after Gerber painted the right rear door I noticed two small indentations under the paint. I took it back to them the following Monday. They stated it was not like this when I left the lot. It was raining so I didn’t look over the paint job before I left but after all the research I did before trusting the job to Gerber I believed they would stand behind their work. I would never lie and waste my time taking the truck back to them if I caused the damage.

The car looked wonderful. Due to parts needed our pick up time had to be moved out. Not sure how it happened, but we got a call and our car was ready a week ahead of time. Everyone was so friendly and kept us up to date on what was going on.
