the updates that they gave me where great and even got it done before they estimated. i went to pick up my vehicle and the battery was dead. i’ve never had issues with my battery so for it to be dead when i pick it up after repair is upsetting and frustrating that i had to have someone come jump my car to drive off your lot with it.
