The young lady in the front office was very pleasant to deal with and was very polite. The repairs were completed before expected date. The repairs look great and the vehicle was returned cleaner than it was when dropped. All in all, this portion of the accident was hassle free, I appreciate the service.

The repair work is very good, however I’m disturbed by the quality of the door skin. The door sounds very tinny as compared to the other doors on the car. It sounds like a tin can when you open the door or tap on it.

The quality of the repair is beautiful. Paint work is great along with cleaning the car, perfect! The quality of the door skin is tremendously disappointing. It sounds like a piece of tin! Comparing the front door to the rear door it’s awful. Just opening the door it sounds like a tin can. Very disappointing.
