I had a great experience here and this is my second Lexus getting fixed at this auto body shop. They do great work. My technician Jose was very pleasant and professional. Jose and the girls up front gave excellent customer service. Jose and his team went the extra mile to ensure I was kept up to date on the status of my car, and that my car was restored to its former glory. Even though it took a while to obtain certain parts, they were forthcoming, professional, and as I said before, always kept me up to date.

The inside of my car was not cleaned. There were obvious signs of dust and black smudge on the inner doors. The new paint job was not a complete color match and it has swirls in it. I noticed all of these things the next day in the sunlight, being that it was during the evening hours when I retrieved my vehicle.
