from the estimate phase (scott), incoming work review (matt), to the prep and delivery (walter), and final payment (erin). i was absolutely stunned at the kindness, attention to detail, and expertise shown at every turn. thank you all so much for the hard work and care shown to me and my 20+ year okd truck. it looks like new ! the ladies of ur organization are not overlooked but i am sorry i hv not remembered their names (the main receptionist and scheduler, and the kind lady managing the incoming activities at the work shop). many tks to all once again !!

Pretty satisfied; however, two scheduled appointments had to bee re-scheduled. I also felt that on the day of the work, had I not made contact & shown-up on my own prior to closing, the work may have been complete but I would not have been able to pick-up until the next day.
