Unbelievably bad. Only competent person is Kat the receptionist.

Took 8 weeks to do a 10 day job then lied about AC being "fixed"

Customer Service

Receptionist great. Named Kat. Manager claimed AC worked when it did not and claimed 5 sets of doors were all bad.

My Experience

The team at Gerber were awesome. They fixed by car and even detailed it clean before I got it back. This is the 3rd car I’ve taken to them and I will continue to be a customer.

Not a chance. I am advocating that you lose your service stature with State Farm. I had to take my vehicle to another shot to get evaluated and repaired correctly. You people have cost me almost $25,000 in arrangements post facto. I’m sorry it’s not enough. I’m hunting for a reciprocity.

Customer Service

How would anybody on earth? Be satisfied with such a terrible job?… I understand I can’t blame the new manager because she’s new, but I can 100% blame the rest of the office, the tech that was fired when he took apart more of the vehicle than he should’ve, the people who lied to me and told me Ford instructed them to do it this way, the new tech who took over, the painter, everybody else in the building

The body work done looks pretty good. I now have a stability/traction light on that wasn’t there when I dropped it off. I went back in and inquired about it. The service tech (Kelly) told me that it was pre-existing, but the light had never been on before. Also, the original estimate for repairs was $4108.74. When they finished and I picked it up, I noticed a supplement added for another $1866.46, bringing the new total to $$5975.20. I think a 45% increase is a little excessive!
