Maria and Ron were so knowledgeable and helpful. They made the whole process of getting my car repaired easy for me. My Insurance Co. it turned out they had made a grave mistake telling me my car was a total loss. I was distraught. I called my GERBER shop. Ron and called them immediately. Turned out that whoever was handling my case had put the wrong numbers down. MY CAR WASN'T TOTALED!!

All of the team were excellent. Especially Taylor, the manager very friendly knowledgeable all around good person and the best customer service I have ever received. If I ever have any issues again I would go to no other place. Thanks to all of the staff and again Taylor is one of the best managers I have ever had.

Fast work, great job on the repair overall, vehicle looks great. It was really nice to get regular phone calls just giving me updates on what was happening with my vehicle. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice and helpful and made it feel like I've been a customer forever, even though this was my first time using the shop. My car was super clean on the inside and out when I got it back which was a nice surprise and added bonus!
