They were so kind and easy to speak to the whole time. Although they might've made a minor mistake , they took accountability and continued to be communicative. They did an amazing job fixing what was wrong with my vehicle and also tidied up the inside which i was SOO incredibly appreciative of. I really enjoyed working with gerber (:

The repair looks great and paint job is nice! Car came back clean. My only note is that someone forgot to tighten the battery cables. I drove an hour and a half and my car would just not go on at all once I got there. I knew to check the battery, and the black was just sitting on the battery.. not tightened. Not a big deal for me, but others might not have known what was going on.

I appreciate the service being completed on my car and the work was good but the miscommunication between their shops and being told different things felt very deceptive and frustrating to navigate in an already stressful situation.
