The compassion in the care they showed from my situation, gave me such a piece during the waiting process as my part was back ordered possibly as long as six months but instead, I received a very wonderful phone call that my pot was in and they had it fixed for me with less than a week, so I am extremely happy with the service we received in the kindness we were shown

I already submitted one, but I’m happy to do a second one in case it was not received. We were extremely happy with the care and the compassion that we were handled. After having our accident. The car part was back ordered in the delay could’ve gone on for months, but within a very short period of time we heard back from Gerber my part has arrived, and they scheduled me as soon as possible and it was done within the next few days. I could not be happier with the courtesy in the kindness that was shown to us.
