I had money stolen from my car and the inside of my car was a complete disaster, leading me to believe they were careless and didn’t lock my car when it wasn’t being attended to. The staff in the office were extremely kind enough to replace my missing cash, however, I do not feel safe leaving my car there anymore.

Gerber did a fabulous job from intake to delivery. Also the time to complete the repairs was exceptional. I gave 9/10 because the panel fit was slightly off.

Took longer than I expected. I know they had to order a new door. It would have been nice if they had given my car bacķ to me while they waited for the door.
