Very organized. Constantly sent me updates during the process. Did things in a timely manner. They were on point . The day they said it would be completed, It was completed and my husband was very satisfied with the work. We tried using two other body shops on our own.It was a disaster each time. This time we decide to allow Allstate to choose a place .Gerber was their choice. It was the best decision we ever made. I am a very picky person but I highly recommend Gerber!
