Setting up the appointment and getting updates was fine. Too much down time on items that should/could have been completed.

Initial survey of damage and set up of appointment was perfect. Met with on Friday. Damage accessed, appointment set for next Wednesday. Car dropped Wednesday morning. Wednesday night I get update saying parts will be in on Monday. Why didn’t you order parts on Friday so they could be there when I brought it in?

I have not had work of this nature done in over 20 years. I had no idea this could be such a professional process with quality people doing quality work. From the first call, the estimate, the scheduling, and the important actual work itself, the team at Gerber could not have made it easier and the outcome so prefect. I cannot tell that an idiot hit my vehicle after Gerber came through for me.
