I was told the repairs were completed and I could come pick my car up. I picked my car up and the repairs were not completed. I had to take my car back for the repairs to be completed.

Rear bumper was installed crooked. Anyone could have seen it except for the person who did the work or checked the work. Replace bumper with OEM. Picked up truck and left. Got home to backup and back up sensors not working. Researched the problem and located one sensor wire had not be reconnected. I connected the wire and it worked. Just sloppy work. The good part - Megan who wrote up the work was excellent, keeping me informed and working up the estimate. Too bad you don't have employees in the shop like her.
