My experience with Gerber Collision was excellent from start to finish. Clarence, the representative who assisted us, was very professional, helpful, and attentive throughout the entire process. He truly wanted to make sure everything went smoothly for us, and it did. I’m very grateful that my State Farm agent recommended Gerber Collision. Having damage to your vehicle is never a good experience, but the excellent repair work and outstanding customer service made the situation so much easier. I was very pleased with the quality of the repairs and with how we were treated throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision to others. From dropping off “Sky” August 17th and picking her up today, August 28th. I received nothing but SUPERIOR SERVICE from Gerber. Becky was amazing and so friendly when we dropped “Sky” off. She is so knowledgeable and just a sweetheart! Matthew, man what can I say. He called me throughout the repair process and kept me up to date on how everything was going. He was even willing to stay after closing time today in order for us to pick io Sky. Talk about ABOVE AND BEYOND, I cannot praise him enough!!! I never met the technician who fixed sky up, but they did TOP NOTCH work. My daughter was sooooooo happy when she saw “her baby”. Thank you for everything you did to fix Sky up. We appreciate you! Everyone who helped repair Sky from start to finish are GEMS and should be recognized for THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever received from any company. Thank y’all from the bottom of our hearts!

Was charged for a headlamp assembly that was not replaced. Took about 3 days longer than i was told, but that’s sorta understandable. But the almost $300 for a service i didn’t receive was a little unnerving. Also, the passenger side rear view mirror was not the exact correct part. However, i was informed and just went with the one that came in since it fit and i didn’t have to wait extra days for the correct part to arrive. I settled with that. All the features don’t work but at least I’ve got the mirror.
