I was not pleased with the overall service of Gerber. It was very hard to get a hold of John that USAA liaison. When I received my car it was not clean. They should at least vacuum the inside of the car to make it presentable overall. There was also dirty and the opposite side of the car. There was some spots I could've easily been rubbed off and maybe look like a clean car. This is the second time I've had Gerber work on that car. I don't think I will be returning there.
