I am actually extremely happy with the entire experience. Akiem is so attentive, informative and very pleasant. He explained every thing that was done to my vehicle. The workmanship is topnotch and my Kia looks like it just rolled off the assembly line. And then there were the little extras that were not part of the repairs but, thankfully, were part of your customer service. Thank you Akiem and all who were involved in the repair. This customer was served very well and is, again, extremely happy!

Alex was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The original job exceeded my expectations by being ready for pick up within 48 hours of drop off. I was able to check the work and was dissatisfied. Alex completely understood and followed through with the work which came out perfect. Everyone is amazing! The pressure was low in my tires and they took the time to adjust the pressure, which was not part of the work. Just outstanding service! Management was available at the front desk for any questions or concerns.
