One of the replaced front pieces did not match the rest. The color was different which was very obvious. I had to point that out and get that replaced. Otherwise everything else is good.

Very easy experience, I've never had a claim before other than a windshield so I didn't really know what to expect for the most part. The way everything was explained to me made everything much easier. And Gerber talked to me more than my insurance company did, and told me more about the process. I really appreciate that!

Gerber exceeded my expectations in every way! Of course the restoration work was what I would expect from any competent shop, but Gerber went above and beyond to make my daughter‘s CX-5 look better than it did before the accident! Communication and customer service were excellent. I would highly recommend Gerber, at this location, to anyone in need of collision repair!

USAA has correctly chosen GERBER Collision as their contractor to assist USAA members with their assistance and repair subsequent to an accident. GERBER has a very efficient system that takes all the worries out of collision repair. They coordinate all aspects of the repair experience, including Enterprise Car Rentals and USAA. GERBER also explains the repairs they completed (which shows excellent work). This has been the best experience I have had in my 57 years with USAA.
