My rear window button on the door that was repaired does not function. And the lock flutters when shifting from park to drive. So maybe a wire got mixed up. But I really appreciated the customer service from Kevin and Dina. I will recommend gerber in the future.

if i bring my vehicle in for repair and it comes back needing another repair that was working just fine before i let them repair my vehicle. bad company

the body work seems fine but they broke my AC in the process and failed to repair

after receiving my vehicle the AC didn't work and upon returning it they failed to report it to usaa which they said they would take care of. that made getting another rental a three hour ordeal. then they claimed that the sensor that controls the temp needed to be replaced ant said that just happens with my type of vehicle.when my ac was working perfectly fine before i brought it in.
