They did not fix the drivers seat that was identified as having a broken track.

While the work was well done and the customer service was very good, they did lose a small part that was in the bed of my SUV. It was a part necessary for the privacy screen to fit in the back. I will now have to replace the whole screen because the part, which is spring loaded and sometimes falls out, cannot be replaced. Also, my car was left under a tree while awaiting pickup and is covered in sap, which has proven very hard to remove. It is a brand new car.

The paint job has an orange peel texture to it, I have asked the shop to have it wet sanded. We are waiting a couple of weeks per the shops request to "see what it does."

I told the person handling my car that the orange peel is when I shine a light on the paint, "if you have to look that hard....?" Not pleased with the response.
