I amazed with the repairs, however I was given wrong information while trying to set up the appointment. Wrong email. I had to hand carry my insurance documents to the shop. Calls saying I didn't have an appointment when I was pulling up to drop off my car. Told you don't do windshields. It was a very stressful time for me.

Better communication needed. I was initially told to bring car for repair on certain date. When I arrived, another employee told me they could not fit my car in schedule, and I had to come back a week later. I was called to pickup car. When I arrived I was told they needed to call insurance to confirm payment being sent before they could give me keys. The insurance company should've been called before calling me to pick up the car. The repair work on the car is great!

Absolutely impressed. The repair correct. Who ever did the detail cleaning care deserves special acknowledgment and an employee reward.
