I was not kept informed of progress on my vehicle. I had to call for an update. I let them know multiple times I wasn’t local and needed to plan when I would pick up my vehicle. Still was not given a courtesy call if the date was being pushed back or a part came in damaged. My vehicle is driving great. However, the air conditioner is not working correctly.
