When the insurance did not approve the chip from the front bumper, the person I talked to said Gerber could touch it up. They didn't. At the very beginning, I asked could I get a small a small vial of the paint so I could have it for touch ups. I was told I could. I didnt receive that either. As far as the work that was covered by insurance, it was perfect. these other little things I was told would be done were not completed. If they had, it would have been perfect.
