Very nice & capable staff. Worked well with local insurance agents. In spite of being a “backup” to other busy Gerber businesses within a 35 mile radius, the staff worked hard to accommodate my needs. And…they even washed/cleaned my vehicle before returning it to me. Impressive!! Would highly recommend this service station.

Definitely. You cannot tell that there was damage done to the bumper and the rear panel. I also wanted to add that the employees of Gerber Collision & Glass repair went above and beyond to accommodate my situation. They had a rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my vehicle. They squeezed the repair in with the rest of their workload in order to meet the deadline of the rental company. They even detailed my vehicle. Communication was outstanding. They provided updates every two days and when I called someone answered the phone every time. I also was able to drop the rental car off at their facility after hours. I would highly recommend their services.
