The Tomahawk team is the best ever. Really going above and beyond to get our Equinox fixed. Once we were able to pay for the parts it took about a week to get it done. That’s insane given the times right now. Hands down will go back again if I ever have an issue hope not.

There was over-spray of the bed liner all over the exterior of my truck, the actual repair to the back end wasn’t done correctly when looking underneath the truck you can see metal pieces taped together with electrical tape used as shims to level it but it still isn’t leveled. The back bumper is completely miss-alined! Very unhappy with the amount of time I waited for completion just to have to bring it back and go without again, I use this truck for my small business so every day without it loses me money.

The office lady was very nice and none of this was her fault just feel bad that she has to take the brunt of the situation when she did nothing to cause it.

The Gerber folks were wonderful and the workmanship was excellent. They finished a 3 week job in one week. The hard part was driving a car with a huge hole under my seat while we waited for parts and the schedule to open up. I blame State Farm for not covering a loaner for two months because they considered my car “drivable”.
